Refund policy

if you are not totally happy with your purchase for any reason you can return them to sula within 14 days of the dispatch date, or 28 days for faulty items, and we will offer you an exchange or refund your money.

we can only accept items that are in unworn and perfect condition, they must have all their original labels and tags still attached.

please contact us on shopatsula@gmail.com and we will tell you where to send your garment. 

we recommend that you return your item/s by recorded or special delivery and gain a proof of postage.

sula cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

please note that return postage will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty.

although we do our best to maintain continuity in colour, slight variations in fabric colours may occur. this is a mark of its unique, handmade quality, and in no way constitutes a defect.

your statutory rights are not affected.
