Sula cannot be responsible for goods held in customs. The buyer is responsible for all inbound duties and taxes. There should be no inbound tax or duty to pay for EU customers.

If you are not totally happy with your purchase, for any reason, return them to sula within 14 days of the dispatch date, and we will exchange or refund your money.

We can only accept unworn items that have all their original labels and tags still attached.

We recommend that you return your item/s by recorded/special delivery and gain a proof of postage. Sula cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that return postage will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty.


The customer is entitled to a full refund if the item/s are returned within 7 working days of the dispatch date. After that credit notes or exchanges are offered.
